This Privacy Policy explains how AERORIDE LIMITED ("Aero Ride," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the website aeroride.co, collects, uses, and protects information when you book or use our private chauffeur and airport transfer services.
When you provide your mobile number and consent at checkout, Aero Ride sends you transactional text messages about your booking — booking confirmations, driver assignment (name, vehicle, and license plate), and pickup/arrival notifications.

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all other information-sharing described below. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that directly support delivery of the messaging or ride service (for example, our SMS provider), and only for that purpose.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Information we collect
To provide the service, we collect information you give us when booking: your name, mobile phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details (when provided), selected vehicle class, and ride date/time. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How we use information
- To create, confirm, dispatch, and complete your ride.
- To send transactional communications about your booking by email and (with your consent) SMS.
- To calculate fares, process payment, and issue receipts.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that process it on our behalf to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations, including: payment processing (Square, PayPal), database and authentication hosting (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), and mapping/routing (Google Maps). These providers may access only the information needed to perform their function. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared for marketing.
Data retention
We retain booking and ride records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at bookings@aeroride.co. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
